马庆钰，北京师范大学人文和社会科学高等研究院特聘教授，中央党校（国家行政学院）教授，博士生导师，社会治理创新工程首席专家。主要兼职有：中国社会组织促进会副会长，国家民政部专家，全国基层政权建设和社区治理专家委员会顾问专家，国家社科基金评审组专家，北京慈善协会副会长，首都慈善联合会副会长，北京万众社会创新研究院院长等。发表政治学行政学和社会治理论文与文章200余篇，出版专著、合著、主编作品16部。获国务院政府特殊津贴荣誉。
