本书介绍了冲压成形工艺的基本知识和冲压模具的设计方法,并以国产冲压模具智能设计系统 SIS-V 2.0 软件和冲压成形仿真系统 FASTAMP-NX 软件为基础,详细介绍了拉延模具的数字化设计流程。 本书共分 7 个项目,主要内容有认识冲压模具、冲裁工艺与冲裁模设计、弯曲工艺与弯曲模设计、拉深工艺与拉深模设计、成形工艺与成形模设计、多工位级进冲压工艺与级进模设计、冲压模具(拉延模具)数字化设计。本书在内容上贯彻理论与实践相结合的原则,用项目化编写方式代替了传统的章节编写方式,将每个项目分为若干任务,以任务引领教学内容。 本书可作为高等职业院校模具设计与制造专业及机械类专业群各专业学生的教材,也可供从事模具设计的工程技术人员参考。同时,本书还可以作为高等职业院校学生参加"拉延模具数字化设计”职业技能等级考核的参考书。
张信群,男,现担任滁州职业技术学院机械与汽车工程学院院长一职,三级教授,安徽省高职"模具设计与制造专业”省级专业带头人,有多年模具专业的教学经验和教材编写经验,主编国家规划教材1部、参编国家规划教材2部、主编省级规划教材3部。
