本书是国家重点基础研究计划(973计划)项目“中国北方巨型砂岩铀成矿带陆相盆地沉积环境与大规模成矿作用”(2015CB453000,2015~2019年)和“我国主要盆地煤铀等多矿种综合调查评价”计划项目(2013~2014年)、“北方砂岩型铀矿调查工程”(2015~2021年)和“北方砂岩型铀矿能源矿产基深部探测技术示范”专项(2018~2020年)四个项目2018年前获得的地质成果的总结。本书主要分析研究了中国北方古生代末期古亚洲洋闭合后,中生代时期大陆内山盆形成过程中,盆地内沉积物质形成及时空演化为砂岩型铀矿成矿而造就的铀成矿的有利环境条件。通过对比研究大量铀、煤、油钻孔等实际资料,以沉积盆地为单元,充分运用地质原理及测试分析,研究了盆地的基础地质、地球物理、地球化学、遥感影像特征,用以恢复认知沉积环境条件变化所带来的有利成铀地质背景。
