在百年变局和世纪疫情延宕叠加的大背景下，随着美国继续战略收缩，2022年中东地区局势乱中有治，治中有效，地区国家和解意识增强，局势总体稳定。俄乌冲突尽管给中东地区增添了不可测因素，当地日常消费、粮食进口、旅游业收入等也受到明显影响，但地区国家基本上采取了相对中立的立场和政策，体现其自主意识在逐步增强。首届中阿、中海峰会和习近平主席对沙特的国事访问，标志着中阿关系实现提质升级，进入了一个新时代。2023年，中东地区局势进一步缓和、国家自主自信进一步增强、国家间关系进一步和解、主要热点问题普遍降温等大的趋势不会改变，但俄乌冲突会继续对其能源和粮食问题带来负面影响，伊朗核问题由于美国的不确定因素仍将面临新的考验。
