后记
几番修补订正,博士论文终得付梓。四年燕园,从图书馆的晨光熹微到博雅塔的灯火通明,从未名湖畔的理论求索到44个国家公共文化服务体系示范区的调研走访;从浩如烟海的制度文本研读,到与基层文化工作者的深度交谈,这场关于公共文化示范区制度体系建设的学术远征,终在纸页翻动间凝成永恒。
国家公共文化服务体系示范区是十一五以来我国公共文化服务领域备受瞩目的重大文化惠民项目,共计120个城市(地区)获得国家公共文化服务体系示范区称号。城市书房文化礼堂文化大院打通了公共文化服务的最后一公里,文采会云平台让优质文化资源直达基层,飞阅计划流动博物馆让公共文化产品和服务活了起来......这些鲜活的场景,是公共文化服务体系示范区的真实缩影,更是我国公共文化服务体系繁荣发展的壮阔之景。正如费孝通先生所言各美其美,美人之美,美美与共,天下大同,正是这些绽放在中国大地上的创新实践,让我明白,文化治理不是抽象的概念,而是无数人在具体岗位上的用心奉献。正如我们在调研中反复验证的:好的制度设计必须回应真实需求,扎根具体场景。
